A_SN
MTA SA 1.1 just won't connect to a server. it will be able to retrive the list of servers, but when you double click a server, or click connect, nothing happens, you can do it as many times as you wish with as many servers as you wish, not connecting, and apparently not even trying. Up to the quick connect thing, I copied some server address, typed it in, and when i clicked connect the kinda dialog just went away and it just stayed there on the main menu as if nothing had happened. Leviathan
hmm you probably were unlucky and picked all 1.0 servers out Link to comment
erorr404
Try re-installing MTA. If that doesn't work, re-install GTA too (along with user files). Link to comment
Guest
There shouldn't be any need to re-install gta unless he's modded the game in anyway otherwise what good would it do?? and out of the user files you only might have to delete "gta_sa.set", you definatly don't need to delete the whole folder Link to comment
NapsK
Yeah.. Its obvious that if you can play single-player, but wont be able to play multiplayer, that there must be something wrong with your 'MTASA', and not the normal singlegame.. Link to comment
A_SN
alright, I forgot what I have done to my installation of GTA, but just in case I'll uninstall and reinstall the whole thing so I make sure its clean this time. Link to comment
NapsK
You probably wont have to uninstall SA, if you havent got any modded files in your GTA:SA map.. Link to comment

Not to mention that he might not have a fresh installation of GTA:SA, in which case it could work in single player but not with MTA. Link to comment
NapsK
You also need to delete every single file what is still there, and isnt uninstalled during the uninstallation of MTA.. That could be it too Link to comment
