The next GTA?

It'd be interesting to see how it turns out. I wasn't keen on the original. I'm not sure how well it would appeal to the American market though, as driving on the left seems to really confuse them. I have no trouble switching from one side of the other.

Does aynone remeber GTA:London anyway?

i own it, but dont play it too much.

Take2 made all of its GTA1 cities

into 3D GTA games,

EXCEPT London and GTA2 so far.

(why would you do GTA2 anyway?)

And if they did make GTA:London in 3D,

it would be sortof new, becuase all the 3D GTAs are in the USA.

Players would have to get used to

driving on the left side for starters.

And players would get to see London culture too.(its not that different i think)

And does London radio sound different from ours? i dunno.

I get the impression that if it is set in London, someone will create a mod to make the cars drive on the other side of the road. The idea of driving on the left really freaks Americans out for some reason. I have no idea why.

Maybe... it depends on whether they choose stereotypical depictions or not.

It's a different style and of course the accents are different.

I'm not sure that they would just set it in London though. I mean, San Andreas had three massive cities with loads of countryside in between. Some people have said the next GTA may be GTA Europe.

The narrow streets would be great for car chases though.

The three cities in SA were tiny compared to their real life counterparts so it's possible that they will make a life-sized city based on London alone.

I doubt people drive on the correct side of the road anyway when playing video games.
