Gta/mta won't start

As you see the title guys, gta san andreas won't even start so that's mean mta won't work too . 

I tried to delete gta_sa.set file that found in documens(i saw this solution on YouTube) but it won't work too .

I tried to re-install it and it won't work too.

Help me please

Can you download, extract and run MTADiag please? Press 'n' when asked so. This will give useful info to everyone trying to help you. Please post the Pastebin URL it gives to you.
Sidenote: Did you try reinstalling GTA: San Andreas? This might have to be done in a different folder to ensure no troublesome files are overlapping.

What source are you using for your SA installation?

I use torrent it was working correctly but suddenly in those days it won't work

A quick and dirty solution is to right click on the executable  "gta_sa.exe," and run it in compatibility mode of windows 7 or XP. Also, please run MTAdiag and paste the URL here.

I'm sorry but the support ends here for the aforementioned reason.

We can get to know alot of the problem that your GTA and MTA has in common, but not if you're not cooperating. Locked.
