what do u mean by breaking into different sides? are u saying that people should stop making so many mulitplayer mods for SA? and that there is too many? are u saying that MTA is the only mod u need for multiplayer and thats it? im not agreeing or disagreeing i just need more specifics

my desktop used to be FULL of stuff when i used to mod gta3, but now its cleaner then my room. theres no point in looking at my desktop because i change my background daily, but ill give u an idea of what it looks like: All security programs at the top, (firewall,virus protection,antispyware,etc) all drives and PCI slots at the bottom, (A,C,D,E,WinTV in PCI Slot 2) all web browsers at right, (IE, Firefox) extra folders at left, (downloads, my mods, etc.) my documents in top right corner, my computer in top left corner, recycle bin on the bottom right corner, XP theme blue, (i used to be silver) all my icons are on the border of my desktop, so u can see the picture clearly so what do u think?

looks like u put some thought into this i say if ur gonna reduce the power of the shotgun u shouldnt reduce its range and i agree that getting hit while ur down sux [and is sorta n00bish, but u cant tell if they got back up until they start moving around] so i say u shouldnt recieve damage untill ur ready to move [got back up]
