Maybe he's got a router with a built in firewall... ermm... lol...anyways, do you have a router, yes or no? If yes, goto the router's configuration page. If you dont know what to do from there, tell us. If you don't have a router, then its easier, just simply tell your firewall to allow MTA and GTA to connect to the internet If your not sure how to do this, then youll need to tell us what's the name of the firewall you are using. Then maybe we can help with that.

Ok first, what are you trying to play? GTA:3 ? GTA:VC ? or GTA:SA ? GTA:3 and GTA:VC both use MTA 0.5 but GTA:SA uses a seperate program than the rest. Whatever game you are trying to play, make sure you have it installed first, some people think MTA is the entire game. Maybe you know all this already and its just that your computer is being an ass.

If 100 players can be put on a server, then sure, make it happen. But whether 100 players should be on a server, thats alittle different... when I play on those 100 people servers, it gets annoying, because every time I driveby someone in LV, they chase me all the way across San Andreas... maybe thats just SA-MP players.. anyways, sometimes 100 players is not good for DeathMatch, do I really need to explain the problems?

I have used IE for the longest time, then, the flash player in IE got fucked, so, I use FireFox and IE. I've tryied Opera before, its more secure at times, and is great for when i was on dialup, but now that Im on high speed i dont need Opera anymore.
