First did you remember to re-install any patches that you had, for example the v1.1 patch for gta3? Also have you tried re-installing mta? Also do they work in single player, without mta? PS: Cool name

I think it's also because of the car limit, the cars would be waaaaay too spread out and you'd have to run for ages if you wrecked yours

Sure you can play online with no mods... you have to play online with no mods (other than mta of course). And the game is really good, worth getting - it can be a bit buggy with lag and crashes but still is definately worth playing

Check your mta.data.ini has all the locations info in it - if it doesn't get a new one from http://www.aeron.tk

Also, are you specifying your outside i.p in the config file instead of leaving it commented out? Sometimes it will go to the lan address by deafault instead of the internet i.p.

0.4.5 is the newer version of 0.4.1 (duh..) and is mainly bugfixing etc. (and a few new features, e.g: skins etc. in GTA3). This will be released way before blue (i think...). Blue is the completely new core, re-done from scratch and is only for VC at the moment, so 0.4.x will still be used for a while (or forever if Blue is not made for GTA3).
