I had this error before. My solution: Try different video drivers (Not necessarily the newest, but sometimes certain drivers don't function well with Vice City)

Well, that's hardly an "unfair advantage"... But I see where you're coming from. I'd rather have Vice City be windowed when you "pause", rather than the pause we have now where you become invincible.

You got it. They weren't about weapon damages, per say, but about class balances... (There have been a lot of stupid ideas on the subject... lol) By the way, if anything, it seems the majority wants a decrease in weapon damages!

I can picture it now: "My Kung fu beats YOUR kung fu!" *Swing Katana around* "Well, my Stubby pwns you," *FIRE* *DEAD* Done and done. The katana isn't a bad idea, however, a Samurai is.
