I know a guy who owns a hosting company. He always resets the servers (automatically) at some unearthly hour of the night when no-one's likely to be playing in order to solve issues like this. maybe some sort of.....tool to reset every program on the server, or re-boot every 24hrs?

seems to me, in the source, you just need to change things like buttons, ect, and make each 1 version for each language, id be hard.....but, thats the way it should be done, other then that, i can see how hard it would be.

itll work, but noone will ever recommend you use integrated graphics. Not too much of a bank buster to get a ..say geforce 4 ti4600 or a radeon 9600. nothing more then $130 maybe not for suburban ppl tht ask thier mom's for money lol i have to earn my shit.
