That error can happen if there are over 100,000 elements in the server. Use performance browser (Lua memory page) to see if a resource is creating too many elements

Do any of your admins use the same password on other servers? Check the IPs and serials in the server log for suspicious admin logins (game and HTTP) (In case you didn't know, mods/deathmatch/backups/ contains backups of the config files)

I did some tests and everything is working correctly now. However, if the MTA client has a problem with the external HTTP server (e.g. unreachable, or files not correct) then it will switch to the internal HTTP as a backup.
