    176.53.87.195:22003 is still running the 32 bit version. Install 64 bit MTA server from https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/mtasa_x64-1.5.5-rc-14058-20180827.exe Ensure the server is started by running "MTA Server64.exe"

Or * Run RegEdit as administrator and enter the registry values manually.
