Youll notice he is on the ground, why? meh, i didnt bother reading any posts past Kung's first initial post... imo, spas is NOT cheap, its cheap when a cheater is using it with INF AMMO. Flamethrower isnt cheap, the only weapon i consider cheap (IMO) is the stubby, you knock a guy down, hit him while he gets up. GAY.

here's my list of things i would like to see in 0.4. (may be overlapping some previous ideas) -more cars (FOR SURE) -ammo pickups -more weapons (FULLY SYNCHED) -in-game skin chooser from a variety of all vc skins -in-game server browser -synched weather would be nice -apache is fine, but you if you synch the weapons from apache you find n00bs hovering in front of spawn points with the machine guns and rockets firing. (damn n00bs and cheaters ruin it for everyone) -i think if you're below 100% health, you can go into the pizza store and get a slice of pizza like in SP -+(FTR) map mods arent fair, someone could have that one mod that links VC - Liberty City and while 3 ppl are in a game, 1 persons chillin in friggin liberty city; which would be dumb, obviously. -i think car skins should be allowed, just the txd and dff. (is it already allowed?) -Synched radio, you get in my car you're hearing my MP3's if thats possible... -passengers can shoot. -SYNCH DRIVE-BY'S -alot more spawn points for characters. i know this could be asking for alot, but they're just ideas i've been pondering.

Before we had Vice City, Me and Teknickel knew we were gonna play some hardcore Multi-player mods for Vice. so he searched and found MTA while i was looking around at GGM and gtat, TEK u da man.

I would just like to add another point or two; in my experiences of playing mta which is a couple months or so, i have noticed when you shoot someone with, say, a stubby shotgun, that they in fact get blown down to the ground and while your waiting for them to get, on their screen, THEY HAVEN'T BEEN HIT! the grounded body runs around (you see a body floating) and often shoot back at you while you see them on the ground. I see these things quite often. I will get a pic of that since im not advanced enough to use "fraps" nor do i really give a flying f*ck about the whole thing. Im done, DeathB you should be done now, its up to the judges. Judges?

I think the Cop and the Sailor are good characters to pick, im usually always one of them, or i choose the mexican if i want to start a war in the airport im the best with the m60 so i love getting that gun early. NO HELL NO. i took a shot once, knocked me down didnt hurt me that much maybe like 15 HP then hit me while i was getting up, another 30 or so, then i ran for the health at the top of those stairs and came back to the street where there was a war goin on with cars flyin by packed with n00bs try to run over ppl, heli's being flown by invincible ppl, and i pwn 2 ULK's and you call me a cheater.
