thats not the point. im worried about the new protection that'll be implemented to prevent modding - which will happen worldwide. this could cause a community split, half with a modable version and half with protected versions

we might be looking at this wrong on the other hand - they may just be taking out the hot coffee code and leave the rest of the modding be. this could mean that they just simply take out any of the animations of hot coffee that exist, and leave the ability for vehicle mods etc, since this is a loophole of their statement

yeah rockstar arent being dicks on purpose, they were forced into this, and are going to try and avoid causing further trouble to the commmunity. if it is hacked, i doubt rockstar will be forced to do anything again

well i guess only time will tell. i think ill download the patch and patch a backup copy of SA and see what how bad it becomes. I don't know whether the team will support protection cracks or not. I sincerely hope someone does hack the protection

Whats most worrying is the fact that it could potentially COMPLETLY fuck up the modding scene. you'll have the community have a major split with some people not being able to play mods and others being able to. And about the downloadable patch...laugh....im going to download that for sure!

id reccomend the nvidia one. but, if you can save a lot with radeon go for it, i dont think it'd make that much difference. btw, expect loads of replies saying "no radeon is crap get nvidia" but they are both decent brands. if they were the same price id go nvidia, but if radeon was cheaper id probably go for that edit: just realised you meant cheaper than the old radeon. so id say nvidia
