Im down for any type of kick system, there will be some lamers trying to kick the innocents, but its worth the risk if it will get rid of the damn cheaters.

In my opinion i would wait for the next version, to me gta3 dosent compare to vice city in the slightest.

Hey, gta its self is far from sof2 and HL, first off there both fps when this is a 3rd person game, mta is going for gta in multiplayer(obviously) so they will want most if not all aspects of the game involved. Right now though i dont think its a real good idea to be trying to add peds and traffic. Even though there doign a great job

Yes i know that but they have clearly admitted it wont be joining any wars and its just for "fun", so its encouraging others to make gangs for fun and most of them being mods/admins they aint setting a good example, so yes it does matter if they have a purpose because they made a rule that you *have* to have a purpose. Also who says a player with under 50 posts isnt going to create a effective gang, just because they dont board lurk it does not mean they aint great players. *edit* just a note to say no offense intended.

There is a sentinel in VC if im not mistaken, Xs Sentinel i think its called, but no guys in black suits Maybe one day the mta devs, could add a pack of skins with a mta future install, people could create there gang skins, put them all in one pack and put them in a install with the mta stuff.

You jump to conclusions, i was stating them saying dont create gangs for no reason and telling "newbies" not to create gangs then they create a gang for "fun", which is contradicting themselves. I dont want to sound offensive but i dont think its fair.

Unfortunatley i have faced a cheater every game, mainly its the ones that have infinate hand grenades and stand at spawn throwing them. Also i tried pushing one in the water once, he was stood on the ramp next to malibu club and i zoomed up to him he was on top of the car, i went in the water and he flew to the otherside, aint life a bitch.

Well it is a tank in real life, im not too sure in VC, tell you the truth in all the time i been playing vc i only been in a tank once and that was on the mission where you have to steal it and i didnt pay too much attention to the name then.

I would love a roleplay aspect added to this mod, would be a great deal of fun.

First off i read the first few comments and i couldnt help my self from hitting reply. Roleplay is for any gaming forum where it *IS* possible to roleplay, which is basically any game. GTA3/Gta:vc does have a huge element of roleplay in it soon as you enter the game, it puts you in the role of a gangster where you buy buildings, kill for money so basically you are constantly roleplaying while you have been playing single player. Why? you think they will quite ctf/dm/tdm because of roleplaying? Dont be so god damn ignorant. Also how disheartening do you think it is for mods/admins to hear you say that, just shows how devoted and loyal you are to these people. In my opinion if you could get a good/stable roleplaying community and change something in the mod to suit the roleplaying aspect such as:money transfers,drug deals etc. I think it would be a great idea, i like the idea of roleplaying a gangster and rolplayed gang wars and such. P.s im not saying i dont appriciated the work you have done so far guys, im still amazed at what you are doing now. *edit* Thank god your opinion dont mean nothing, eh? Maybe not, but its nice to have the option of spying on the opposition. Also sniping wont be very effective, if you are basically seen more or less straight away. How how when someone joins/leaves a robot wo/man announces "Player has joined the game", "Players has quit the game" then on the map the icon showing the players positions slowly fades to show hes quitting.

It isnt expensive at all, infact its free. The tribes 2 games i play they do live commentry for ladder matches, even live tv show. They set it up all themselves and it cost them nothing except power from there comp. Ill try and find out the info on it.

Umm no offense but you say they shouldnt be started up for no reason, then xerox says So isnt this somewhat of a contradiction, i personally dont think its fair if you guys can start a gang for no reason, but no one else can. That shouldnt be too much of a problem seeing as it says when someone quits in the corner, so it might be quite easy to tell anyways.

Sorry about posting here but the forum i needed was locked Also im sorry if this has been suggested before but im kind of in a rus hto check Ok, i know people can make there own cars and billboards and stuff like that on gta3, so i take it that it can be done in gta:vc too. Has anyone thought about an official(with the mta's staff of course) gta:vc car/world pack(with advertisments leading to say this site etc) and cars having a mta logo or something to this effect. Also in the next release, any chance of having several choppers spawn, it seems to be a race for the choppers at the start(not trying to sound unappriciative). Also just to say great job guys, amazing stuff here.
