Hi, due to the severity of the paid hacks we cannot remove this ban, sorry. When playing on a shared computer it's important that you make sure the other person isn't downloading things that you wouldn't want on there. This can be done by monitoring their activity while at the computer, limiting their internet access, permissions etc.
