You must not have played in the last 6 months because that's the last time I saw a minigun. Also, Even thou cheaters are not gone I don't see them near as much as I hear ppl being accused of cheating. Evidence that crime exists doesn't mean Police are not doing a good job stopping it... They said when it was raised to 80% that from 80 to 90 was major bug fixes and from 90 to 100 would be small tweaks to make sure it's ready for mass consumption... maybe another beta the night before like with 0.3 Again nothing is certain if they run into a problem it will take longer... but hey More closer is more better
