If you are running the server on your own pc or lan network, then it wont show up for you, also you may wanna remove the # before ServerPassword if you want it to take effect and change AdminServer 0 to AdminServer 1 to turn on admin and if you are running a firewall, open the server port and the serverport + 123 (which is ase's port)

is the admin server enabled in your mtaserver.conf ? read the config carefully, it has descriptions of all the settings
