If you cant start the game in single player to reset the res, go to My Documents > GTA San Andreas User Files folder and delete the gta_sa.set file, it will reset the game back to default

It could be altered, IJs did it once in testing (we took about 8 in a hydra) but it was never taken any further

This is a dp2 problem but is resolved in dp3

How is it exactly bad news? people have already been playing other mods such as vcmp (which is better than mtavc), mta have left vc alone to work on sa, people have either stayed on mtavc, moved to vcmp or are playing san andreas now

Unfortuantly people abuse the server rules when no admins are logged on, and we are taking steps to combat the problem but the current gamemode isnt being worked on because we are developing a new one from scratch, you can track its development on the website http://www.vces.net
