Oh ye i didnt tell the reason this is done,Cars are only synced when there is someone in it to save bandwith,so ifff they were to sync it even when there is nobody in it that nwoud really take up bandwith,example : 1 person on the server , 80 vehicles to sync(thats the amount of vehicles there are now), you do the math

Cars are synced whn there is 1 person in it, it is even synced when there are 2 and 3 and 4 , but iff the driver bails out of the car, the car will just stop where it is for the other people in the car.(Understand now?)

Well yes they are easy to remove, but opnly to the ones that know how to, not the ones that have no idea what there doing, and thast why i said 60 to 70 % .
