Well no u cant do this, cause it uses codes for it to play online and has not been worked for it to work in SP.(but i think you could do thisiff u knew coding)

Firstly to start win 98 is no go,MTA isnt win 9X or ME compatible, and ports are dependent on the server you are connectiing to, so its the person that is hosting the server that decides which port they use and you must conect to.If you are hosting the server ,then no u dont have to use ports 2003 or 2004 you can use any you want.

Yes i think 2 hours earlier then past week's match woud be good.And what about we do on friday,saturday and sunday?friday coud be 9 pm (2hours earlier) saturday could be the same and sunday maybe a little earlier(shool and work for some people on monday ,you know).That way iff we do it 3 days , we might be able to get the finalists for the week after that.And we still have to find servers for the upcomming week.

MTA 0.3b is for GTA 3 .And was been out for some time.It's not for GTA VC.
