Have you even got a keyboard? Anyways, try to change these bind things in the config.cfg files to other keys. It should work.. it's very strange why it's not working. Mind that the Passenger key is equal to your configured Camera key and the Car scanner key is equal to your Weapon aim key. If the TAB button, which is a VC button, doesn't even work there is really something wrong with your VC installation.

That means you still have modified files. You probably installed or uninstalled mods. MTA needs a clean VC installation to work well. Completely delete VC and reinstall it. Reinstall MTA as well. You probably have a no-cd crack...

That's a bug yes. When you spawn for the second time the skins are alright, i thought so.

Compatibility modes? What version of Windows are you using? No mods? Reinstall VC? Reinstall MTA?

Try removing the MTA.INI file in your windows directory (for example: c:\windows). Then restart MTA.

You're probably trying to join a MTA:VC 0.1 server. Mind that you can't connect to a MTA:VC 0.1 server with the 0.2 client.

Basically, this is a mod... it could conflict in some kind of way with MTA:VC 0.2.

GTA3:MTA is for GTA3, but this an old non-functioning-properly version MTA:VC is for Vice City http://www.mtavc.com/sbs.php And please read the RULES of this forum next time, because it is also described in there.

That probably won't help.. if nothing helps, try to use a UDP packet forwarder/proxy on a shell.

First try to see if waiting for like a minute solves the problem. If not, or if it does, and it takes too long, try to install the v1.1 patch. Make sure you're not using any mods.

Either somebody else using the same IP is already connected or your LAN isn't configured right anyhow. And no hacking plans please.
