I played sa-mp for 3 months, loved the mod, then I heard about MTA, so I tried it, didn't like it at first but then getting to know the possibilities made me realise.

I guess your running MTA Race? If so unfortunately that mod does not support Vista, it is also outdated and unsupported, however, DM or 1.0 supports Vista and yes, MTA supports the 64bit series.

He doesn't have it because he hasn't fully managed in running the game properly. What's your OS?
