I had that once... I don't know how i fixed it... I was in a game with someone and he couldn't see me and i couldn't see him. However on the radar i saw a blip, so i went to it. ANd there was someone standing there like a statue but.... it had a different playerskin, which is probably the reason why we did not see each other (cuz we were both swat). So just try some things and usually it works when you both just restart the computer, restart a new game, or reconnect....

I saw that 'secret entrance' many times. If you just pass by it you can see the huge pink marker

If you read what he is saying you will notice that his brother connected to his server, but he himself never connected to anything, he thought if you run the server you are connected. That also explains why his brother doesn't see him, and he sees peds and cars (because he started a plain new game)...

What you did wrong before is that you entered localhost in both computers... which is why only one computer connected. You fixed that problem. Now for the unhandled exception error, try changing your version to 1.1 or vice versa in the mta client. Next about you not seeing the other player. Ok so you are both connected right? Have you tried chatting and seeing if it worked or not? (Chat with 'T' and type and press enter). Also are you both the same characters on both computers. For example if you are both the swat guy then that is a common problem that usually can be solved by starting a new game, restarting the computer or reconnecting to the server.... try some of those things..

What i think he is saying is that when he is playing, he sees other players move in a funny way, they actually don't move. There are no walking animations and he thinks something is wrong. lol. That is what I understand from the translations...

this is what i just posted in another thread, and then i saw there already is a topic on this: I just saw the latest movie of the occupations. Can someone explain to me how this is gonna work. Cuz if you noticed in the movie, by game modes, for most occupations it says team play but there are also some other game modes, what are they for. Also if you play multiplayer with 6 people and there are only 4 different skins will there be multiple people with the same skin? Please help me... Anyway it is looking great!!! Unbelieveable!!!

Like i said before NO PEDS!!!! What is the point? You just kill them or shoot at them they don't need to be synchronized! What the MTA team could do, but it is definately not nescessary, is add peds for every player on its own, so they are not synchronized...

There is one thing I don't understand. There are a lot of people with dial-up or ADSL and most of these connections have dynamic IPs, meaning they change everytime they connect to the internet. If there is a cheater who has a dynamic IP, and you would ban his IP, he could just reconnect to the internet and he has a new IP and there he goes cheating again... Can someone explain to me how this banning works?? It bans an IP address right??

MTA:VC 0.2 is just gonna be so great.... I bet I am going to think I'm dreaming when it comes out... holy cow! That moment, I will never forget it... when it happens... I mean, we still have to wait (in excitement) and just like most of you, I don't care when it comes out even if I'm a grandpa by then, I will wait for it! Good job guys!!!!!

as far as i know i can hit someone off a bike in whichever direction i bump him... but i'll try it out and see if it happens
