you must load that place first . like say the stunt is .... near the studio . before you press F 3 , go to that place and let the pc alone for a while . It will load the whole senery , but you will not see anything . then press F3 and it should work

You know what . WIndows movie maker is for Home movies and for N00BS try , something that 90 % of everyone that makes stunt movies uses . It is called :Ulead VideoStudio 7.0 . IT is expensie , but you can try it for like 30 days .If you like it BUY THEIR PRODUCT dont download it from those cheap softwarez IT is like the best one out there and you can put xpecial FX

MAn this is old stuff . Try something new

On the menu press >Options>Controller Setup>Restore Defaults . This problem you are having is because maybe you changed the controls . or you are using a jostick .After you complet the intructions , The game should work propertly

the language might be the problem . I heard on the forum here some days ago that they were having some bugs with the language . try hosting your own server . It migh work

I tried putting the video but still my video card has something wrong with the video input . So if anyone out there has the show recorded and a video card that can capture video . Please encode it and send it to us ...

There are too Files : 1- Sound only (HIGH QUALITY) 2- Video with sound - Since my Video encoder was not working at the time , i videotaped my tv with my digital video camera . I know the image is crappy . Hey at least you can see something . If you want you can integrate the video and the hight quality file toguether and share it with us ... I had the same Problem . This happens Because i had a Lousy VideoCard . So when it go to certain Frame rate it slow the framerates DOWN for like 20 . SO the best thing to do is buy this cheap video card "http://www.ati.com/products/radeon9800/aiw9800pro/index.html"

U are not starting vc correctly . When u start MTA client u CAN NOT go to start> all programs > rockstar ganes > and Vicecity . U MUST CLICK "START GAME" LOCATED ON THE MTA CLIENT BELOW THE CONNECT BOTTOM . This will make the game start correctly

IT is so easy to by-pass the andticheat everyone is turning on the trainers after they start vicecity and MTA this by-passes the mta anti-cheat . They should do some up dates and fix this "glitch"

OK sorry about the not working thing . My mistake I uploaded the gta3.img file into the server u gave me . At least letss see if it accepts it . IF it does .Good if it doesnt add me to the your msn buddy list and ill send u the entire game .
