if u don't have host then go to => C:\Program Files\MTA San Andreas 1.3\server\mods\deathmatch\resources <= place them in there. else use FTP to remotely access your server and then go to => MTA San Andreas 1.3\server\mods\deathmatch\resources <= place them there.
