This is tottaly luck-based and can't be done on command. This is very much true. Ramon and I did grinds of 40 seconds. I just hope that it's not anoying to watch such long grinds. But I'm sure Ramon finds a way to edit it very nicely... Just hope for the rest to like it.

No it should be done like this: When someone pressed ESC he gets an overlay screen like this so he is pauzed but is still ingame. So people can kill him of they want. Just like when people are AFK (away from keywboard). I think this way works best.

Well try re-formatting to FAT32 and see if you can use your Norton Ghost since your on an old-beat machine anyways. Ofcourse FAT32 isn't a great format for an OS such as Win XP. (or any Windows at all) That's the downfall. Try google and see if you can find another ghost-prog. which does support the NTSF-format. Install it, experiment with it and see how it goes. If all goes well you should do fine with it on your new system. Good luck.

It's not that the client won't allow this but it's a bandwidth related problem. The server hosting a game which allows up to 124 players has to be on a 100 MBit line to run smoothly. I could be wrong ofcourse.

You said in your first post that you didn't make addional partitions. Meaning you only have 1 partition which logically has your OS on it. I advice you, and you won't like this one, that you (preferable after a crash) format your entire harddrive and make 3 to 4 partitions. That way you will never lose the data on the other HDD's so you can easely install Windows after a future crash. This also makes it easier to backup your entire OS-HDD, because it's much smaller. I hope I've been of help.

WOOHOO!!! Today I finally did (AFTER 5 WEEKS OF TRYING!! <-- NOT A LIE!) the shorter blue-grind at the Panlantic-building. Ramon already did the longer one which was also very hard but I did the smaller version which has an anoying little twist in it which bumps you off almost every time. Anyways I felt like saying this, because most of you people don't realise how difficult some of the stunts we do are. You'll see the stunt in our next vid ofcourse.

Put mp3's files in this folder: [X]:\GTA Vice City\mp3. Here you will also find a textfile named "MP3Report". You put the mp3's you want to be able to listin to ingame in this folder and your all set. Now go ingame in switch to the mp3-player while in/on a vehicle.

Major correction: It's not the stunts that make the video it's the music and the overall-feeling. You screwed up big time on the music-part but you made up by doing a little bit of nice editing. But just a little. So if you use good music and you edit it nicely it would have been so much better even if you used the same car-stunts. But to make it even better you should implement more variety. You did so much work making this. Why not make it sumthing special so people have something to talk about? I've seen what your capibalities are and I see potential (said this before) so do sumthing with it would ya? Keep up the work man. And make me proud.
