UPDATE: i can't see my server on ASE but other people can. what up wit dat?

that happens a lot to me. and it always involves the banshee too.

when i start a dedicated server in Windows i can't see my server in ASE. (yes i have ASE enabled) I'm also behind a router but i set up port forwarding to the server on port 2003 for mta, 2126 for ASE query, and 123 for ASE. what am i doing wrong??
