You need to provide your full MTA serial so the anticheat team can further investigate your case. To obtain your serial, launch MTA, open up the console (F8 key by default) and type 'serial' without any quotes. Create a new topic with the new serial and all the other relevant information about your ban situation.

Hi, are your still facing issues? Your MTADiag results show that you have some non-standard files in your installation. I know you've already tried this, but you should reinstall both GTA and MTA. Make sure everything is up-to-date and your GTA is non-modded and legitimate (bought). Last resort would be to perform a clean reinstall of your OS and see if that fixes the problem.

Hi, this looks to be a problem regarding your client rather than your server, therefore I'll move this to the Client support section. Does this error occur only when you're trying to join your localhost server or does it occur on other servers as well? Also, please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions. Post any Pastebin URL MTADiag gives you.

While your ban is temporary and therefore cannot be appealed (just wait it out to expire and you'll be able to play again), if you ever need to grab your serial you can do so by launching MTA, opening up the console (F8 key by default) and typing 'serial' without any quotes.

Hi, As previously stated and advised, you should perform a clean reinstall of your game. You have lots of nonstandard files. We do not know how your cheating program(s) are called and we're unable to identify them to you. We trust our anticheat system's capacity to detect cheats and unwanted programs so I'm positive there is something in your PC that shouldn't be there. Whether you've installed that program willingly or not, again we cannot say. We can only advise you to perform a clean reinstall of your OS as there may be traces left of those cheats/unwanted programs.

You have been temporarily banned for using Lagswitch. Temporary bans cannot be appealed, so all you have to do for now is wait for the ban to expire. Once the ban expires, make sure you perform a clean reinstall of your GTA as Shady suggested as there are lots of nonstandard files in your installation. Of course, remove the lagswitch program aswell.
