How many players do you estimate a Windows VPS with these specs hold until it lags a lot on MTA? (Please only reply if you know what you are talking about) #1 #2

Well some skins should be edited to look like zombies. eg. added blood to clothes, 'red' eyes and more. Look for DFF and TXD files, those are the skin edits.

If they would create MTA IV they would defenitly implate Lua scripting language. It seems you aren't familiar with MTA. No I didn't know that.

Not exactly sure what you mean but if you mean what I think you mean then... MTA IV won't be in LUA so you would have to learn the other coding/scripting language in order to have what you want on your server.
