Hey I'm having this problem against because I installed MTA 1.2 so the option in the settings for "Graphics..." is gone. What should I do? Port forwarding is always a problem with most people so I can't help you but use the tool in my signature to check if people can connect to your server once you put it online.

Roleplay. I would otherwise prefer some sort of Deathmatch game mode but with sync issues and such in GTA, no thanks.

Hmm, this has been going on for a while now, I've restarted my PC many many times.

This only happens to me on MTA. Randomly when I'm playing, I get switched to desktop, happens like 3 times in a row every 10 minutes or so. Was this meant for me? I installed it anyway, seems to have fixed it will reply if it doesn't.

I re-installed GTA:SA and the skin bug still exists. This is very frustrating.

Also, I don't think its MTA related but I always get alt tabbed once in a while when I'm playing MTA and MTA only. Doesn't happen on other games.

Update Just re-installed MTA with the newest version for sure and I still get the skin bug. Would ENB Series Mod affect this in any way? I just remembered I have it on my GTA:SA but I don't know if it causes it since I didn't get this on any other server. Plus I've had it for a while.
