Well I never got the problem before and recently the server started using water shaders so maybe that is it? Though nobody else in the server has complained about it afaik. Don't think so at all and I never play GTA:SA single player. No personal mods installed too.

Whenever I look at my character sideways the skin looks all messed up. I tried deleting all my things in my resources folder and joined the server they re-downloaded and it still happens. Happens with all the skins I believe. I do have the latest MTA patch as when it asks to dl and install I always do it.

Fix no heli sound!

I re-installed Java runtime and it fixed it.

Fix helis having no sound when your outside of them and someone else is flying it!

I really don't see how a server can be blacklisted. The owner can simply change hosts and re-open, probably with a new name too.

This never happened before on this computer. EVER. It happened on my bro's computer just recently, and now it's happening to me so I think it's MTA's fault, since it doesn't do this for any other game or whatever. The issue: It's different than a normal blue screen. It 'crashes' your computer, yes. Randomly playing MTA, screen goes black for a few seconds then it says "No input" or something like that and it restarts the computer. I have no mods that would cause this, only ENB Series but I had that a long time before so it doesn't cause this. Also, I didn't have ENB Series on my bro's computer, yet this happened. So I noticed that when I try to toggle the sirens on a emergency vehicle, I have to spam the button to turn it on/off for example in a LSPD Cruiser. I was told it was due to high FPS which the server recently allowed, I run on about 75 fps average on this computer right now. How can I "fix" this issue, because I am a cop in a roleplay server and it's hard to toggle the sirens when I need to use them, it's VERY annoying.

Uhm, did you try connecting to your server via 127.0.0.1 IP and not your public IP? If you host it on your PC, you need to connect via 127.0.0.1 - Anyway, click the tool in my signature and check what the problem is.
