They are probably switching servers for the website. As they were talking previously about who would host the Project Redivivus website.

Well, we still should wait for GTA V to actually come out, in order for the MTA team to decide. As they can't get ready in any form of way to start hacking.

It might be the MTA/GTA Screen Resolution not being compatible with your screen. I suggest deleting the gta_sa.set in the "GTA San Andreas User Files" folder located in your "My Documents".
