You said, you've recently got the mouse right? If so, can you run a Microsoft update. When your on the site, you might see a driver update for the mouse either in the Express or Custom, I recommend Custom.

Car mods wont work in MTA, unless the server provides them. So, If you want to see a car mod in MTA, it has to be on a server, other than that there's nothing we can do, srry

Ummm... I don't know what you want. Are you asking for a Saints Row 3 Theme or a SR3 MultiPlayer? If your asking for an SR3 Multiplayer, then you have to develop or wait for someone to make it, if your asking for the theme, then ...

In the mtaserver.conf there's a line which says: <ase>1</ase> Read the description above these codes and you'll be find, unless there's a problem. If so, then you might have put in the wrong IP.
