for today, the GTA3 mta is alot worse then the vice city version (bugs, gameplay, etc). if u will wait a while and check the site now and then, you will be there when they will release the next big thing (gta3:mta 0.4)!

there is a problem with putting in boats, since cars blow when they touch water in mta. same thing with the skimmer. cant put in skimmer? put in dodo! MUCH better.

actually i dont like the idea of saving money at all. then it will become an mmorpg. many dont like this idea at all. and if u have problems bout how easy it would be to get weapons, just make them more expansive... i.e: make 500 m60 bullets cost the sum ull get for killin' lets say... 10 robbers. that way the money system wont take over.

well, there are an israelly clan that ALL of its members cheat. tested em all. asked them all. they all replyed with a "yup im cheatin. gonna tell the devs?". this post may be irrelivant because i just searched ase and there was no israelly clan. maybe they died out or sumting .

shutguns feels nasty to kill with... well, thats only me . i noticed that when u play a while on a game the aiming sync gets screwd. means that i need to aim more and more to the right (ALWAYS to the right).

its unlocked in the fix
