This bug has existed since I remember, christ knows whats blocking the player and perhaps you should report it to the bug tracker.

The primary purpose of a serial is to allow for effective banning of users. They are very close to unique (I've known of 1 duplicate occuring) and they're very hard / impossible to change, unlike an IP which can be changed too easily.

I think "the people who is obliged to block spam/fake servers" are actually more obliged not to get involved in the names of servers, I'm sure that 99% of games/mods do not interfere with the names of servers. Any time spent trying to solve this is time not developing MTA SA.

There is a problem with your setup in mtaserver.conf or the HTTP port isn't able to send out the file. Use the command: openports in the server console to see if ports are okay. If they're open okay then you need to check your servers mtaserver.conf (you'll need to restart the server for any changes you made to take affect) you should be using the internal HTTP server.

If you stopped lying and started being honest you'd have earned peoples respect, pretending to be 21 or whatever, pretending to be a C++ programmar and what not is lying so how could you possibly expect anybody to respect you?

It's GTA SA... But multiplayer, what don't you understand about it? You install it, start it, server browser, play on servers, have fun.

Was an awesome turnout we peaked 60 and had no issues. We got some custom music playing in alhambra with GTA SA music off, was ace.

I did close the server before the test and it was nothing to do with the hosting it was MTA that was causing the bottleneck not the hardware. Also we're having a beta test today as ccw asked if I can do a test of the new bandwidth saving options he just added, so join the CIT server at 19:20 (Timezone 0) on 1.1 with the newest nightly!

Yeah and we also did the first public beta (the one that when mad when we hit 200 players and it had to be dropped to 140 then both race and TDMA messed up from the high player count)

There is no "premium". There is only a VIP system which gives certain benefits to a player who has donated and I can assure you that getting admin assistance is not one of those benefits - most of CIT staff do not know if somebody is VIP or not. If you think admins "don't do their job" why don't you attain junior community membership on our forum so you can then apply to be a staff member and show us all how its done? Our server usually has about 100 more players than the next popular server which means we are the only server that has to deal with very large player counts and if you think looking after 200-254 players is easy why don't you apply for staff? I doubt any other server that has so many players on, would have better staff coverage as no other server ever has done. Also if you have a complaint to make regarding the conduct of an admin you can report them on the forum in the complaints board, rather than labelling all the staff as people who will ignore you and ban you for complaining? "If you don't speak english, you are muted. Muted constantly for not speaking english, you get banned for a set time." - That rule applies to main chat and its a totally justified rule, why on an English speaking server should we have people in main chat speaking all different languages? I'm sure you'll find similar rules on many other English speaking servers.

What version are you playing? In 1.1 the command changed to showhud. Also, pressing F11 makes the HUD reappear. So you'll want to do hud 0 every time you've opened the map. /bind F10 hud 0 /saveconfig Press F10 for no hud.
