Why would changing the folder name make you lose them? Just change the "." in them.

Start MTA Server.exe and run the command: refresh It may then output reasons why these maps aren't showing up. They may not have a valid meta.xml

Using TortoiseSVN you checkout MTA source code. You then make changes, test the changes and then right click on the repository --> TortoiseSVN --> Create patch and then submit the source patch in an upload to http://bugs.mtasa.com and wait for it to be added or feedback given by an MTA developer.

You haven't provided any kind of suggestions or even justifiable reasons why "I dislike how the browser is now full screen, etc." I'd love to know what your reasons are for not liking a full screen browser and "etc"

Markers don't have rotations. They can point to another location however but editor doesn't support this.

I'm not sure why you're asking for help. If you can't fix any of those errors yourself you won't be able to run a server, unless you plan on asking for help every time you get an error. If you bought those scripts then you appear to have been ripped off because there are way too many errors in your setup and you didn't make them yourself else you'd know now to fix the large array of errors that your server setup posseses.
