Movido. Respecto al tema, yo probaría el otro hosting, siempre es mejor tener mas RAM, para mi por lo menos no me bastaría 400 mb para un buen host, pero todo depende de tu servidor, tus resources, como lo trates y que tan popular sea.

Podrías reinstalar MTA y eliminar el archivo gta_sa.set de Documentos/GTA San Andreas User Files. Si compraste GTA SA por Steam entonces no sabría muy bien que hacer ya que si solamente viniste y crackeaste tu juego, debería funcionar correctamente, de todos modos podrías consultar aca también (aun que la pagina este en Inglés).
