The same problem with my server! I can download those files fast, but others no!

# # 1 I think this must be set to 0 if your using external http server!

When i use your resources it just throws me out of server and shows "Download error 9"! But thanks anyway!

Hi! I am running a server on WinXp! The problem is: when someone connects to my server, the needed files start to download, they download only a litlle bit and he gots error and thrown out of my server, but when he comes again in, the file starts to download from that place where it stopped downloading before! Maybe the problem is my bad upload speed! The resources i'am hosting on localhost, i just type in, in the adress bar my ip and it opens the page where are the files (the program is called "AppServ", with this program i made the localhost), everyone can acces these files! My server config is right! So Please help me with this problem! And if the problem is with my slow upload speed, then please tell my where i can host resources! Thank You! And sorry for my bad English!
