Don't forget about the manuals and other (basic) helpful articles on the wiki, such as: Client Manual Known Issues Server Manual Editor Manual Some of them are translated already but are not up to date with the English version.

Windows probably detects that a specific application (GTA San Andreas) needs (all) GPU power.

Why would we rewrite that old dynamic menu when we could use the ingame functions to create a (dynamic) menu? (e.g camera functions, peds, vehicles) Then there shouldn't be any compatibility issues...
