Looks like the drivers were already up to date. Are you still having poor FPS? Do you get poor FPS on every server or just a specific few? Does GTA:SA single player work fine?

The Ethernet driver installed successfully, but the graphics driver did not. It seems there is no newer graphics driver available. Drivers provide an interface between your computer's hardware and the operating system. Since there is no newer graphics driver available which might improve performance, your only option is to turn down graphics settings in MTA. Sorry!

Right click gta_sa.exe, go to Compatibility tab, uncheck everything. Or run MTADiag which will do this automatically.

Is there a .dmp file in MTA\dumps folder? If there is, can you upload it and post a link to it here? That will tell us what file in GTA is causing the crash.

An MTADiag log may help with that; follow the instructions I described in my last reply.
