OK, the drivers (except maybe the Ethernet driver) installed properly. That shouldn't be a big deal though.

Try reinstalling MTA:SA to a directory without Unicode characters in the file path.

Did you uninstall the full version of MTA before trying to install the patch? You should always install any nightlies and patches over your existing version of MTA.

Could you provide a video of the program while you're moving the right stick?
