  7. Sorry, if all settings are at their lowest possible there is nothing to be done. With your bad video card (Mobile Intel 945) you are lucky to get 30-40 FPS.
  8. Does that always happen in GTA?
  9. I guess the graphics driver was already up-to-date. Does MTA work now? If not, is there any error message?
  10. OK, the chipset and Ethernet drivers installed successfully. The graphics driver link was broken; I've fixed it above, please try installing it. Provide another MTADiag log after installing.
  11. Please install the following: Graphics driver Chipset drivers Ethernet driver Provide another MTADiag log after installing.
  12. Just the chipset and Ethernet drivers I posted above, don't install the Storage driver.
  13. Can you try extracting the archive then running setup?
  14. Are there any updates available in Windows Update? If so, try installing them then see if MTA works.

  17. Try installing the Storage driver again, the link I gave you was bad. I fixed it above.
  18. Please try installing Visual C++ 2008 SP1 runtimes and see if MTA works then.
  19. Then the Ethernet driver is not responsible for any packet loss, your wireless connection is. Are all graphics settings at their lowest? Does GTA:SA single player perform okay?
  20. So there are no issues now, everything works fine?
  21. Please install the following: Graphics driver Audio driver Ethernet driver (do a Repair install if prompted) Chipset drivers Provide another MTADiag log after installing.
  22. Do you use your wireless connection primarily? The drivers installed successfully.
  23. Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions. It will automatically detect and remove any incorrect compatibility mode settings for you. Also post the MTADiag log it generates so I can see why you require Win98 compatibility mode.
  24. Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions.
