Nothing seems to be wrong in that log. Could you provide another MTADiag log so I can see if there have been any new driver releases? Also, try the disk defragment as Talidan mentioned above.

Your drivers are all up to date. Is FPS low in all servers, or just a few? Is map editor OK? GTA:SA single player OK?

Oh man, sorry for giving another list, I have so many client threads it's hard to keep up with sometimes. Still, the audio driver I linked above is a newer version than in the previous list, so you can install it if you want. I will ask about the crashes, one moment.
