OK, try this USB3 driver. Everything else installed properly as far as I can tell.

OK, the graphics driver installed successfully. The audio driver didn't, but that's no big deal.
Please try installing Visual C++ 2008 SP1 runtimes then installing any updates in Windows Update.
Please install the following:
Graphics driver
Audio driver
Ethernet driver
Storage driver
Touchpad driver
Provide another MTADiag log after installing.
OK, everything but the audio driver and graphics driver (as you said) installed properly. Please try installing the audio driver again and try this graphics driver instead. Provide another MTADiag log after installing.
You can try the previous graphics driver if you wish.
I looked into the other errors you were receiving and it could be potentially caused by malware. Try running a full scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.
Fraps will record the stuttering for us to view, unless the pauses are less than 1/30th of a second. I believe you can increase the capture rate in Fraps if required as well. I think Fraps should also have a "display overlay in video" toggle too.
Please install the following:
Graphics driver
Audio driver
Chipset drivers
Ethernet driver (do a Repair install if prompted)
Provide another MTADiag log after installing.
