OK, the Ethernet driver installed successfully. There is still a USB controller without a driver. Did the Chipset drivers install OK? Try these chipset drivers - they're older and may provide the necessary driver for the USB controller (though it's odd that Windows can't use a generic one).

Specifically, your models\grass\plant1.txd file is messed up. Reinstall GTA:SA and try again.

Something is blocking http. You seem to not have an anti-virus. Please try running Malwarebytes Antimalware.

Check if you can access http://master.multitheftauto.com/ase/mta/ in his browser. If yes, then something on your PC is blocking GTA from using http. Check firewall permissions.

Realtek just released a new driver, please try it (do a Repair install if prompted).

It seems that the error message is caused by game data files. Can you try an unmodified installation of GTA:SA and see if the issue persists?
