The audio driver did not install, please try installing it again. Also install this USB3 driver, then provide another MTADiag log so I can verify installation of the drivers. Does GTA:SA single player work properly?

The driver didn't update successfully, but that's okay. The one you have installed is probably the latest version for your card. Everything else is up to date. Your laptop is fairly old, so there isn't much else you can do to improve FPS except use the lowest graphics settings. Try MTA:SA 1.3.2 if you haven't yet.
