The crashes are related to the graphics driver. Does GTA:SA single player ever cause these crashes?

Could you zip up the latest dumps in C:\WINDOWS\Minidump and upload them somewhere for me so I can analyze the blue screens?

OK, all drivers installed successfully. Does your reboot issue happen for all games, or just MTA? Is there a blue screen of death when MTA causes the restart? You can find MTA:SA 1.3.2 here.

Neither the wireless nor the Ethernet drivers installed properly. Can you try installing them again? Try this audio driver.

Do your FPS issues occur only with MTA, or all games?

I believe it's Windows 8.1's fault. Wait for newer drivers perhaps.

Even if you downloaded some rip of GTA:SA you should still have those files. Try reinstalling GTA:SA.

Try this audio driver. Also there is a new touchpad driver since my driver list. The storage driver also did not update, try installing it again. Do you have custom vehicle models, or play in a server with many vehicle mods? Try either a clean install of GTA or a server with no or fewer mods.
