You kind of answered your own question. You installed other mods that affect the MTA client. You need to have a clean install of Vice City. Uninstall Vice City and the folder.. After the reinstall reinstall MTA, this time with no mods.

First of all.. where do you live? As in country.. second of all, do you have anything running? BitTorrents, P2P anything? Your getting high pings and it cant connect.

Try another server.. connection timed out means YOU cant get a connection or the server is down, or you just cant connect to it

There is a anti cheat for MTA:SA that seems to work well for me.

Yeah, true. But I mean if that doesnt work. This approach will most likely work. If it doesnt I dont know whats wrong.

Yeah now I see. The text in "Stop playing with yourself" needs to be more viewable. Hurts my eyes and I can barely see it .

I suggest you follow these steps: 1. Uninstall GTA:SA 2. Backup your save files in your GTA San Andreas User Files, and User Tracks. 3. Delete this folder. 4. Delete the folder "GTA San Andreas" under "Rockstar Games" in "Program Files" . 5. Restart your computer. 6. Install SA. 7. Run SA WITHOUT your old User Files. 8. If that works, then you must of had a corrupted file in the SA folder. Now you may put back your save game and User Tracks directory as they were, yes, dont be afraid to overwrite. 9.. If it suddenly doesnt work after that, dont use your save file. Hope it helps.

Yeah its hard for Cops & Robbers sometimes. In Deathmatch, maybe future Race release there will probably be Skin choosing, which will have different colors on the map.

I guess you can if you make it into a regular extension e.g. GIF PNG JPG.

I dont believe there is.. if you go to the Advanced Options and put Anti Aliasing and Visual FX on low, see what happens. You will still get the effect but you may get better gameplay. Also put your Draw Distance down if it keeps happening, see what that does.

So basically deathmatch...

Im sure there will be 2 game modes in the Server Browser. "GameMode" Race Deathmatch will be displayed there. This is my guess!

You have to do Driving School to unlock the garage missions. But still, this doesnt prove that GTA has lost it.

I agree with the regular options. I think if you click on options there should be tabs (e.g. video audio control etc) On the other hand im sure its hard to do, but again Im not sure. I am hoping for this though.

I think the current .map's will be compatible with MTA:SA DM. I sure hope so.
