MOTD is not a html file! it must be any text file without any html codes.. Most people use .rtf files (rich text file, or something like that) which you can write in word with all the colors you want

No.. he dead mean hacks also, maybe not replacing the game files, but you can also cheat with just reading/writing exe memory (like trainers do), so he was on not only about rockstart included cheats. However he can allow in his server whatever he wants

MTA:mA != GRS, that are 2 different products. GRS is supposed to be ran on mta0.5 servers using v3.x MTA:mA

posted in a wrong section, but anyway.. Do you have a legal copy of the game? Try changing your gta vc version in client options and if you have xfire, close it

Yeah but the question is: why would you have two teams with the same skins? I don't really know if you can put different skins with the same weapons in MTA SA, but in previous version people were choosing the skin by its weapons and abilities (like in mta0.x a fight between robber and sailor wont be that fair, as one has short range weapons and and the other has long range weapons and hp regeneration). I really prefer to see the name tags all the time without putting my crosshair on my opponent But that becomes a never-ending discussion already, opinions can't always match

MTA 0.5 does switch maps/games, it loads the game depending on what server you are in

you can allow cheats in your server, bot notify players that there are some cheaters in it..

Downgrade doesnt modify original SA files, it just replaces the files with few from a previous version, but that are still GTA SA original files. And not everyone had to downgrade the game, some bought it before v1.01 or v2.0 did release

imagine a bunch of players with same from both teams runnig around shooting each other and you're standing in some distance with AK, you will need to aim at all of them to find your enemy.. Easyer when the name tags are always shown

Download mIRC, then go to Add-ons section find and download MTA:mA v4.x and GUS. Read manual a little bit to install all this stuff and you're done

Looks like you've never played a clanwar in MTA.. Mostly people from both teams choose the same skins as they are choosen by the weapons they have.. At least it was in MTA0.5.. and imo its pointless to compare games like MTA and CS.. I cant imagine a match where everyone is playing same skins and you see their names only when you aim at them (dont forget i've played lots of matches for 2.5 years playing mta)

The only RPG released i remember is RPG by Jax and Oli.. People usually dont give out their RPG scripts, so you will need to learn and write one yourself or ask somebody to write it for you.. Even though nobody will write it for you if you dont offer something in return
