    There isn't any mods for helicopters for GTA3 and it will never has one.....It would be too hard to code the animations for the heli...

    Oh......He locked it without any good reasons =/...And it doesn't join because servers are full...When it works u'll see an ip in green,that's the ip of the another one connected.
