Follow instructions for MTA:mA (Instructions in the readme) 4. Download MTA:mA:GRS (Made by Oli, can be found in the Add-ons page) 5. Follow instructions for MTA:mA:GRS (once again, found in the readme) 6. Launch MTA:mA in mIRC 7. Fill in the blanks with the required information. (Make sure the server has started first) 8. Click connect and it should be fine.
